Proofs

After our scheduled meeting, I will be able to give you an exact quote. Once the quote has been approved, we will ask for a $120 non-refundable deposit to start working on your design. The deposit will be used towards your order balance. When your design is complete, you will receive a digital proof. When you are satisfied with the proof, we will start the production. All items will be printed exactly as shown in the proofs. The customer is responsible to check for any errors on the proof. Once your product is printed and made, we cannot make anymore changes. You will need to re-order. Therefore, it is important to check for spelling and for any errors before approving the proof. Full payment is due after proofs are approved.

Production

Production usually takes about 3 - 4 weeks after the approval of the proofs. (may take longer for any custom or special orders)

Pick up/ DELIVERY

The cost of delivery will be calculated after the order has been placed due to the calculation of weight and package size. 

If local, the option of pick up will be available at no charge
